Loupe Use Licence

Permission is granted, without charge, to download, install, use, copy and
modify Loupe for personal, internal, commercial and production use.
No separate approval, licence fee or royalty is required for these uses.

You may deploy Loupe as part of your applications, including commercial
websites and hosted services. You may distribute compiled Loupe code and
required runtime assets, including modified versions, to users and customers
as part of those applications. This includes serving JavaScript, workers
and WASM assets to users' browsers. Recipients may run those copies as part
of the applications.

You may not redistribute, publish, sublicense or sell Loupe or modified
versions as a standalone library, SDK, package or source-code distribution.
The application-distribution permission above does not permit repackaging
Loupe as a standalone library, SDK or package.

Preserve this licence and all copyright notices in permitted copies,
including an application's third-party notices when distributing compiled
code or runtime assets. No ownership is transferred. Rights not expressly
granted are reserved.

These permissions also apply to Loupe copies previously supplied by Veridox
under the Loupe Evaluation Licence, replacing its evaluation-only limitation
and separate-approval requirement. Third-party components remain subject to
their own licences; this licence does not limit rights granted by them.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
VERIDOX IS NOT LIABLE FOR CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM
THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
